Medical Air Supply

Medical air and oxygen is used on their patients regularly in today’s world, doctors use both . Although both of them are for patient use, they have some distinct differences. So, let us dive right in without any further ado and see what they are all about.

Manufacture and Supply of Medical Air

We manufacture and supply medical air to treat patients through vents and incubators. Doctors also use it during anesthesia.

In its composition, we can find nitrogen, oxygen, and a bit of argon. However, many other inert gases and vapor can be there as well. Once it’s prepared correctly, we can mark it safe for human breathing.

In most cases, we produce the air at our factory in Nakawa. If a facility has to use it regularly, we provide a constant supply. We use a special compressor to process and produce the cleanest medical air for use.

However, we must ensure that no form of contamination is spread through the gas cylinder. Even the smallest of contamination can lead to serious health issues or even death.

Oxygen

Oxygen on the other hand is just a singular part of the air.
Most hospitals keep the reserve of the oxygen in a liquid form for low volume. Whenever they need the supply of oxygen, they can simply draw it off from the reserve.

However, contrary to popular belief, we can not use only oxygen for breathing. Hospitals have to mix it with other gases to make sure it’s ready for use.

Unlike medical air, oxygen is also highly flammable. So, we treat the production of oxygen with maximum care.
Both medical air and oxygen are essential to treat patients and help with treatments. But the uses and compositions are fairly different.
